Member for Wannon, Dan Tehan is encouraging export businesses in Wannon to apply for the 61st Australian Export Awards. Mr Tehan said that these awards present a fabulous opportunity to to celebrate the achievement of businesses, both large and small, in our community that are exporting home-grown innovation to the world. “Australia is a trading nation, and exports create jobs, drive innovation, and support our standard of living. Our resilient local exporters have continued to overcome the challenges such as disrupted global supply chains, workforce shortages and the increased the cost of doing business, said Mr Tehan. “I encourage any export business in Wannon to apply, tell their story and celebrate their success on the global stage with the best of Australian exporters. This year’s awards will showcase Australian export businesses across 13 categories. The 2023 Australian Exporter of the Year will be selected from the national category winners.
