| 2018 | This project aims to improve the intersections at Terang-Mortlake Road and Old Peterborough Road. Specific intersection works have included widening the lanes to facilitate trucks turning left and providing multiple turning lanes. Old Peterborough Road will also be reclassified as an arterial road, making it the newly designated truck route for the Cobden-Terang Road through Terang. These upgrades provide better access for vehicles to the industrial area of the town and divert heavy vehicles away from the centre of the town. Local drivers and school children will particularly benefit from traffic being diverted out of the township. | $728,191 |
