Dan Tehan, Member for Wannon, said he was delighted that headspace in Colac is now officially launched, delivering on my 2019 commitment for a service for young Australians in Colac and the Otway area.
The Morrison Government will establish a new headspace service in Hamilton to provide additional mental health support for young people in the region.
Member for Wannon, Dan Tehan said that the new centre will be a critical resource for the young people of Hamilton and surrounding communities.
To continue our unprecedented investment into improving the mental health of all Australians, the Morrison Government is investing a further $44 million to increase access and reduce wait times at headspace services for young people aged 12 to 25 years.
