I’m here in Port Fairy with Richard Conlan, the Chief Petitioner against the Port Fairy wind farm. We have repeatedly written to Chris Bowen, the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, voicing the community’s considerable concerns about the project but we still haven’t received a reply. Richard and the many locals who have signed the petition are incredibly frustrated and disappointed at the lack of response but we’re not giving up.
