Australians celebrating a milestone birthday or wedding anniversary can receive a personal letter of congratulations from the Prime Minister, Governor-General or The King.

Messages can be arranged by calling my office on either (03) 5572 1100 or 1300 131 692, or by visiting my electorate office at either 190 Gray Street, Hamilton VIC 3300 or 73 Kepler Street Warrnambool VIC 3280, or through the form below.

Please provide supporting documentation through either birth certificates or marriage certificates; if these documents are unavailable, please provide a statutory declaration.
