I am pleased to invite eligible organisations in the Wannon electorate to participate in the Stronger Communities Programme Round 10.
Grants of between $2,500 and $20,000 are available for eligible organisations to deliver infrastructure that encourages and supports participation in local initiatives, enhances community engagement, and contributes to creating vibrant and sustainable communities.
The grant amount for small capital projects is up to 100% of eligible project costs, except for local governing bodies where grant funding will be up to 50% of total eligible project expenditure. The maximum total cost of the project cannot exceed $50,000.
The application process:

- Read the Grant Opportunity Guidelines and make sure that your organisation and project are eligible.

- Complete and return the Expression of Interest Form with supporting documentation to dan.tehan.mp@aph.gov.au before 5.00pm Friday 13 November 2026.

- Following a panel process, selected organisations will then progress to stage 2 and be invited to submit a full application for the funding round through an online portal between 13 November 2026 and 19 January 2027.
A local consultative committee has been established to review each Expression of Interest application. To check your organisation’s eligibility and for further information about the program please refer to the Grant Opportunity Guidelines.
