This activity will provide support services, including case management, counselling and mental health assessments, to local Aboriginal community members and their families in the Grampians region North West of Melbourne. The main towns serviced are Halls Gap, Stawell, St Arnaud, Dunkeld, Ararat and Ararat Prison. Partnerships for service delivery are in place with Stawell Regional Health (Hospital), Grampians Community Health (Stawell) and East Grampians Health Service (Ararat).
