This years NAIDOC Week celebratory activities will incorporate the theme 'Because of her, we can!'', by acknowledging and celebrating women in the community through a number of cultural activities, the first being through a whole of community movie presentation that includes photos and stories acknowledging and celebrating the women in the community and secondly, a healthy community lunch (traditional foods/cooking like soup and damper) and an activities afternoon. This will include whole of community activities aimed at social inclusion such as craft, music and dance.
