Mecha will be a pilot arts festival held in Scarsdale-Newtown. Intended to support and grow the mechatronic, robotic, and experimental performance arts in regional Victoria, the festival will be run by Linton and District Progress Association Inc in partnership with experimental artist duo "Cake Industries" (Jesse Stevens & Dean Petersen).
