The project will deploy a new Telstra 4GX macro cell base station in the Corangamite Shire
community of Scotts Creek. The new base station will provide improved mobile
connectivity to support the uptake of new agricultural and business technologies in a
significant dairy farming and agritourism region. Improved mobile services will also enable
increased access to telehealth and education services, as well as public safety coverage in a
high-risk bushfire area.
