The project will upgrade the Princes Highway West between Colac and the South Australian border, including pavement improvements at three key locations; approximately 4.5-kilometre section between Terang and Boorcan; and sections between Heywood and Dartmoor, and between Drumborg and Dartmoor, totalling approx 41 kilometres.
