Natural Disaster and Emergency Management

Council will undertake a range of works that will include repairs, upgrades, building and fit-out of new community facilities and spaces including:

  • asphalt footpaths in townships linking essential locations;
  • new cabins at Landsborough and Beaufort Lake Caravan Parks;
  • public seating and public drinking tap at Lexton and Snake Valley;
  • path linkages between Waubra Heights Estate, Waubra Recreation Reserve, Waubra Primary School and town centre;
  • signage and public seating at Waubra;
  • sewer extension at Carngham Recreation Reserve:
  • improved amenities at Landsborough Caravan Park;
  • beautification and landscape works at Lexton, Snake Valley and Waubra; weatherproof car park at the Natte Yallock Recreation Reserve; and
  • the installation of new bores at a range of locations throughout the shire.
