The project will upgrade the capacity of the existing Telstra 4G macro base station in the
Northern Grampians town of Halls Gap. The upgrade will provide improved mobile
connectivity to support the digital needs of residents, tourists and businesses in a
significant tourism, beef and dairy area by enabling the uptake of agricultural and business
technologies and the provision of telehealth and education services.
