The permanent shelter zone will adjoin the Tarrone Hall and its original 1960s kitchen. It will be a structure 3 meters in height. The structure will consist of an iron roof and a 10.8' x 6' cement base. A roll-up PVC windbreak outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ will be included in the design.
