The project will upgrade the building at the reserve by replacing the back portion of the pavilion roof which has been there since original construction in the 1970's. The roof has been causing water damage to the inside of the pavilion. It was given a 'bandaid' repair in 2015 but we were informed that a new replacement was required prior to winter 2016. The tractor shed will also be upgraded as it's an original shed from the 1970's. It currently has concrete brick walls and an iron roof. The roof leaks and there is water damage due to cracks in the bricks. Work will require fixing timber batons to the existing surface and the bricks will be covered with colourbond iron. The roof will be replaced.
