Design and Installation of upgraded lighting to improve standards, lighting levels and efficiency. Poor lighting condition and efficiency will be improved while increasing levels of lighting to allow community and sporting groups greater access and opportunities to promote and participate in local sports and events. Installation of a new multi-use scoreboard at Heywood Oval. Condition of the existing scoreboard is poor and unsafe for operation. Currently only service's minimal purpose to all recreational user groups.
