On 3 March 2017, I announced my decision regarding these funding arrangements, which includes transferring locally delivered drug and alcohol treatment to PHNs to administer. Under new funding arrangements, more than $42 million per annum (over two years) will be transferred to PHNs to align with drug and alcohol treatment funding provided through the NIAS.
