Dan Tehan and an elected Liberal Government will invest $389,254 to upgrade the Colac Imperials’ netball courts at Western Oval, ensuring local netballers have a safe and modern facility to train and compete.
The Colac Imperials Football Netball Club’s existing courts require urgent upgrades to meet safety and competition standards. Without these improvements, player safety and the club’s ability to host games and training sessions are at risk.
"This investment will be a game-changer for local netballers," Mr Tehan said.
"A future Liberal Government is committed to delivering the facilities Colac needs to support the growth of women’s sport."
The project has strong community backing and will enhance player safety, encourage greater participation, and strengthen Colac’s position as a hub for grassroots sport.
Dan Tehan and the Liberals remain committed to supporting local sports infrastructure and ensuring regional communities have access to top-quality facilities.
